Additional party information:
Please book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
Parties are two hours long, and are for a minimum number of children.
Parties are generally booked on the hour, e.g.
10 am to 12 pm etc. the last party being 4 pm to 6 pm.
For the childrens safety and comfort we would advise a ratio of one adult for every five children.
A non-refundable deposit from £20 is required when you confirm your booking (£50 for a Private Hire). The remaining balance can be paid on the day. You only pay for the number of children who turn up.
Payment can be by cash, credit or debit card.
Invitations are supplied when you pay your deposit. If you decide to pay your deposit over the phone, we can post out the invitations for an extra £2.00.
Please bring your own cake, we can also supply party bags, ask for details when booking.
We need to be advised of any changes (in numbers or food choice) at least 48 hours before the party, just drop us an email to let us know any changes to: party@funforest.co.uk
We can cater for most of your needs, be it vegetarian, gluten free, halal, just speak to us when you book your party and we will see what we can do.
