Shift of 4 days on, 4 days off [ 8.5 hours per day ] plus holiday cover

Description: The successful applicant will be qualified to NVQ 2 or equivalent with previous experience, reliable and able to work as part of a small team. Your role is to manage the kitchen including managing catering assistants, preparing and cooking meals to order, ordering and rotating stock and ensuring all food is stored, labelled, handled, cooked and. served correctly, whilst at the same time ensuring the kitchen is a safe and clean environment. .
